At Khalis Perfumes, we take pride in delivering your orders safely and efficiently, both within the UAE and internationally. As perfumes are classified as “hazardous materials” by air freight carriers, special handling and shipping procedures apply.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)
We deliver to all seven Emirates.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Sunday to Thursday), and typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to selected countries.
Please note: Perfumes contain alcohol and are categorized as restricted or hazardous materials. As a result:
They require special handling during transport.
Shipping charges may be higher than standard parcels due to air freight regulations.
These regulations are enforced by international carriers and are outside our control, but we do our best to offer the most competitive rates available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
For some orders above AED 250, free or discounted shipping may be applied within the UAE.
International orders are subject to carrier fees and customs regulations in the destination country.
4. Packaging & Handling
All orders are packed securely to minimize movement and prevent leaks or breakage.
Our team ensures that each package complies with IATA and courier safety guidelines for the transport of perfumes.
