Refund policy
At Khalis Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following terms:
1. Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item delivered or damaged product), Khalis Perfumes will cover all shipping costs.
2. Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition with intact packaging.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the exchange is requested due to a mistake from our side, we will cover the shipping costs.
For exchanges based on customer preference, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team at info@khalisperfumes.com or through the Contact Us page.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and photos of the product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, we will arrange the return shipping and initiate the refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
